Group Tix & Tours owner, Tami Manton, was born and raised in a suburb of Detroit. After visiting her hometown with her ‘tourism partner in crime’, Kris Hoff from Happy Times Tours and Experiences, Tami said “I began to fall in love with the city I grew up just minutes from but never truly explored.” Kris had been interested in opening a tour division to offer tours to Detroit and after three visits together, Tami was on board to join forces and help Kris open Distinctively Detroit Tours.
